Volunteers across the country from Alaska to Georgia and from Arizona to Maryland helped educate their friends, family and neighbors about the benefits of Buying American. Why Buy American?
Fifty-five percent of US workers have been hit by the recession. Real wages for working Americans have plummeted 19% since 1972 and the savings rate has turned negative.
