The American Clean Energy and Security Act is being debated in Congress HR 2454.
This Legislation is a first step in the long road to a clean energy future for America.
Work is being done in Ohio by groups like Progress BG to support this legislation and to make sure that it gets passed without amendments that would weaken its effectiveness.
